“…know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead,
that this man stands before you healed.”
-Peter in Acts 4
He is Risen! But not even a pandemic can keep Jesus in the tomb!
Join us for worship this morning at 10:55.
What is your prayer for yourself when all this is over? Laura Kelly Fanucci has captured a vision of how we can grow through this time in a prayer. Spend a few moment with this prayer and then add your own lines.
“When this is over, may we never again take for granted
A handshake with a stranger
Full shelves at the store
Conversations with neighbors
A crowded theater
Friday night out
The taste of communion
A routine checkup
The school rush each morning
Coffee with a friend
The stadium roaring
Each deep breath
A boring Tuesday
When this ends
may we find
that we have become
more like the people
we wanted to be
we were called to be
we hoped to be
and may we stay
that way — better
for each other
because of the worst.”

How to Connect this Week
Each week during this time of global crisis, we, as a congregation, will continue to gather spiritually in worship and prayer at 10:55 AM in our homes and with our families. This week, we will be presenting a worship service on Zoom that will be recorded and made available through our website.
Here are the directions:
Use this link on your PC, Mac, smart phone or tablet
or you can use your phone to call either of these numbers and use this identification number: 328-071-4972
+1 253 215 8782
+1 301 715 8592
If you connect by phone, there are 2 commands that will help. *6 will mute or unmute your phone and *9 will “raise you hand” so the host can call on you.
If you are unable to connect with this service, here are some thoughts for your own time of worship.
Psalm 98:1 says:
O sing to the Lord a new song,
For He has done wonderful things,
His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.
Our God has done wonderful things. We have received strength, courage, hope and victory. This morning, listen meditatively to these new songs that can fill our hearts.
“Yet Not I But Through Christ In Me”
Here is a song that invites you to join in a time of meditation:
“The Kingdom of God”
If you want to join more worship that is being streamed, you can find this map and links to churches in the region online:
Now I want to invite you to worship with our Hispanic sisters and brothers, “Vengo a adorarte”
I hope this will offer you encouragement this week. I will reach out again through the week.
Remember, you can continue to support the work of the church by giving through our safe and secure giving portal at https://secure-q.net/donations/Hatboro/1435. The needs of the church continue. In addition, the needs around us are growing.
If you are available to help others who are in need, please contact us at the church or by email @ firstname.lastname@example.org. We are working on a database of helpers and needs that we will be able to address.
Have a blessed week,
